All of our products are provided as downloadable content and therefore, they are not subject to any forms of refunds, or exchanges (especially once downloaded, or otherwise used).

 

The above also applies (but is not limited) to the following cases:
- You do not know how to order from Bricklink
- You do not know how to use the product or the instructions

- You do not have the pieces required to build the product, or the pieces are more expensive than you expected to build the product 
- You do not know how to build with LEGO, or are a beginner
- You've changed your mind
- You've purchased a product by accident, or did not clearly read the product page and thought it was a physical product (not digital) 
- You've downloaded the product but no longer want it, or you purchased a product but have not downloaded the files yet

 

As with most digital products on the internet, returns are not an option. We appreciate your understanding, and thank you for support.
